A copy of everything we hold about you, or all of it erased — without signing in.
If you can sign in, the quickest way is inside the app: Settings → Save the archive for a copy, Settings → Delete Account to erase everything. This page is for when you cannot, or would rather not.
We send a link to the address you give, if an account uses it. Opening that link within 24 hours is how we know it is you — the same way a password reset works. The link shows one button; nothing happens until you press it. Erasing also asks you to type DELETE.
We say the same thing whether or not an account uses the address, so this page cannot be used to find out who has an account.
To correct something, most of it can be edited in the app. For anything this page does not cover, write to privacy@asyouascend.com. The privacy policy sets out what we hold and why.
