No. Ascend doesn't pay commissions for referrals — the same policy that applies platform-wide. Your income comes from the sessions you run with your own clients, at whatever rate you set. Ascend never takes a cut of that.
Every Ascend coach completes the 30-day Arc before coaching clients. This is non-negotiable. You need to have experienced the Morning Ritual, talked to Athena daily, sealed a quest, and felt what your clients feel. We give you a complimentary Sovereign account to do this. It takes 10–15 minutes per day.
No. Athena conversations are private and encrypted. What you see is Athena's distilled behavioral intelligence — identity words, emotional arc, resonance style, friction points — not the raw transcripts. Your clients' privacy is protected. The insight is yours.
